Parceiros da Educação Rio is a non-profit organization, certified as OSCIP (civil society organization of public interest) commited to promoting and developing partnerships among civil society, Education Secretariats and public schools, with a view to improving the students’ academic achievement and advancing high-quality education in public schools.
Since starting its activities in Rio de Janeiro, in 2009, Parceiros da Educação RJ has already benefited more than 68,000 students and provided training for over 1000 teachers and school administrators in 43 partner public schools.
Parceiros da Educação Rio follows the philosophy of Parceiros da Educação São Paulo founded in 2004, sharing the same vision, mission and values.
